Information you will require to obtain a Certificate of Currency is contained on the insurance documentation sent to you for the last Annual General Meeting of your Owners Corporation.

If your policy is with CHU

If the Owners Corporation insurance policy is with CHU, you may click here and follow the prompts to obtain a Certificate of Currency direct from CHU’s website.

If the mortgagee wants their interest recorded on the certificate, this website will allow you to do this and print out the document immediately. CHU charge for certificates so have your credit card ready.
